No. Handpick prepares direct outreach to a public business contact and leaves the sending decision to you. It isn't a mass-application service.
Can it send an email without me seeing it?
No. Every message sits in your review queue until you approve it. You can edit it, rewrite it, or skip the company entirely.
Where do the contacts come from?
Business contact details that companies publish themselves — careers pages, public listings and the like. Handpick doesn't guess at private addresses.
Is this a recruiter or ATS product?
No. It works for the candidate. There's no employer dashboard, no candidate database, and nothing about you is shown to companies except what you choose to send.
How does it decide what matches?
It compares an opportunity against the profile and experience you give it, then shows you the reasons behind the score. If the reasoning is wrong, the pick is easy to reject.
Does it work for freelance and contract work too?
Yes. Full-time roles, freelance briefs and contract projects run through the same pipeline and the same review step. Small agencies use the same flow for new-client outreach.
